Our rental property is located in the quaint town of Ashville, Ohio. We have one and two bedroom apartments, duplexes and multi room homes for rent. Each property is located within Teays Valley School District, known for their outstanding academics, athletic programs and grand champion music department.

Within the town you will find plenty of pizza to eat, local restaurants and town stores to keep you busy and stocked with necessities. Each July a spectacular event is put on by Men’s club known as the Ashville 4th of July Festival, where you can eat a fish sandwich as big as your hand!
